Capabilities

We utilize CNC and conventional lathes, CNC and conventional mills, engraving, grinding, honing, lapping, cutting, 4th axis, 3D contour. Our capabilities include:

• Precision machining of gray and ductile iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum and composite materials to tolerances of 0.0005"
• CNC horizontal machining
• CNC vertical machining
• CNC turning, grinding, honing, lapping, broaching, anodizing, passivating and other secondary machining
