We are very proud to have attained ISO 9001:2008 certification. What this achievement demonstrated to our customers is that TCM. has achieved conformance to the International Organization for Standardization’s (ISO) requirements for production and service standards. Our ISO certification does not measure product quality, but does let our customers know that we have processes, procedures and systems, in place that positively impact the quality of our products and services. Through ongoing ISO auditing, our customers are assured that these standards that effect product quality are being continuously reviewed, and improved.
